Santa Teresa is a nice villa in the Umbrian countryside, within 1 km of the picturesque medieval village of Baschi, 12 km from Orvieto.   The recently restored structure is surrounded by a fenced olive grove protecting your privacy and offering great tranquillity. The villa is composed of: ground floor : lounge room with fireplace, TV and sofa-bed, kitchen, small bathroom with shower; first floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, bathroom, ample terrace. (max 6+1 beds)   The swimming pool (12 x 6 mt) and the garden, with lighting, is provided with wood-burning oven, table for outside eating and sun beds, to spend weeks in total relaxation in the green seclusion of this wonderful countryside.   In the near village of Baschi there are supermarket, shops, bank, post office, chemist's, bar and restaurants. Bus service to and from Orvieto; train station, to reach by train Rome (50 min) and Florence (2 hrs).   Santa Teresa, easily reachable by important roads, is an ideal base for visiting Umbria and Northen Lazio, and their art towns.   In the surrounding area many cultural events, folk and religious festivals, gastronomic meetings which will introduce you to the pleasures of our beautiful and welcoming country.
