We are first of all cooking enthusiasts, with twentyfive years experience in restaurants running, and this means professionalism and care of our guests. Diners praise the seasonal freshness of our proposals, which might include both classic italian dishes and typical Orvieto tradition dishes, all based on exemplary produce, carefully handled to extract maximum flavour.

After a variety of starters you can taste ravioli, ombrichelli, gnocchi and other wonderful pastas, or the traditional potages and legumes soups. Among the other main courses don't miss Trippa all'Orvietana (tripe), a typical meal prepared from everlasting to everlasting in the old trattorias of the town on Thursday, the market day; or Gallina 'm briaca (drunk hen), our speciality, cooked in wine; or braised wild boar with corn semolina, the liver with fennel and dried cod with uvetta our famous Fiorentina.

The wine-list included the best Orvieto Classico DOC, and many excellent reds suche as Sagrantino di Montefalco, Brunello di Montalcino, Nobile di Montepulciano, Sassicaia and Chianti. For beer enthusiasts at the Antica Piazzetta there is the possibiliy of tasting ......... beer too.
